There are 12 scenes. I will probably put them all together into a 15-minute video. I'm finishing it up.

I have had some issue with my Acid program -- It is speeding up the voices!  I took a speeded-up version and tried slowing down in Audacity, but that affected the voices.  I have no idea why Acid would suddenly start doing that.  I hope it is not a permanent problem!

From a thoughtful day in 1983:

If one operates by whim, with no regard for reason, then one’s interests inevitably will collide with another’s. Now we have enemies. Values must be chosen with long-term consequences in mind – operating on the whim of the moment does not allow one to do this.

Love is a rational process – love is given on the basis of value choice.  When we love someone but do not love everything about our beloved, we are experiencing a conflict with our own value judgment.

The opposite of reason is not intuition. 

Reason versus force. Threat of force compels people to go against their judgment. Fear is an emotion which responds to force.

Emotion is a reaction. Reason is an action. Intuition is a sense.

Reflections

I just watched a film at Kanopy: The Billionaires' Tea Party How Corporate America is Faking a Grassroots Revolution. It explains a lot. If you have access to Kanopy, I highly recommend watching it. Kanopy is available in college libraries.
